Setting up a BERT on a T1 interface

• NOTE: Prior to setting up a BERT, the interface must have either a local loop or a remote loop running on it.

Prior to setting up the BERT, clear counters from the applicable interface. For this example, we will be using Serial Interface 7/0/1/24:1. Clearing counters will allow you to see if the interface increments errors
